1876 Flag T-Shirt

The 1876 Flag T-Shirt (BRAME x IBFA) was designed by BRAME. The design commemorates the year the first four Black firefighters are appointed to the fire department in Indianapolis, IN.

BRAME (Samuel E Vázquez) started his artistic path as a New York City subway style writer in the early 1980s. In 2019, he was one of the featured artists to paint the showcase mural wall at the New York City Graffiti Hall of Fame and Hip Hop Festival in East Harlem, New York. His fine art paintings are exhibited in galleries, museums, and cultural institutions. Visit the artist’s website
