The IBFA

Established in 1992, the Indianapolis Black Firefighters Association (IBFA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the community via the motto set by its predecessors, "All We Are, We Owe." This is the reason why the IBFA has been a leader, mentor, provider and protector through community-centered initiatives, programs, partnerships and resources.

The IBFA carries out its mission through various programming and partnerships paired with resources made available to the organization’s members and the community.
